Chlorofyl, bekend als een groene kleurstof van plantenbladeren, kan worden gebruikt om voedsel te kleuren. De vloeistof is olie -oplosbaar. De geur en smaak zijn neutraal. Dosering: 0,6-3 ml per kg.
